Samanea wanted films that reflected their position as Cambodia's first luxury mountain wellness destination — distinctive enough to stand apart from the generic, model-heavy resort videos that dominate the category. The shoot became part of a small portfolio we were producing across a handful of standout Cambodian properties that same month.
Beyond the main resort film, they wanted a dedicated wellness piece, plus a run of short vertical edits for social — built around the resort's own team and setting rather than a cast of models.
Three nights on-site, built around a single idea: showing the preparation behind a perfect guest stay rather than leaning on models the way most resort films do. The camera followed Samanea's own team through their actual routines — villas being opened and dressed, the wellness spaces and kitchen prepped before a single guest arrived.
Samanea's team folded in a few of their own signature experiences along the way — sound healing in the Himalayan salt cave, a massage by the river, the walk across the bridge to the wellness sanctuary — with one brief, unrecognizable guest moment during a spa treatment to round out the wellness film. Every edit went back to Samanea for review before anything was published.

A full campaign from a single four-day shoot at the resort. Samanea also receives the selected raw footage for their own internal marketing use, with full usage rights for website, digital marketing and social — subject to their approval before anything is published.
